with your order number. No online payment required - you can pay on delivery!
No, you can order as a guest! However, creating an account gives you benefits like
order tracking, saved addresses, wishlist, and faster checkout for future orders.
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet.
Contact us via WhatsApp or phone immediately with your order number and we'll
help you make changes.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide to all 16 regions of Ghana! Delivery times and costs vary
by location. Major cities like Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi enjoy faster delivery
within 1-3 business days.
Delivery costs depend on your location and order size. We offer free delivery
on orders above GH₵500 within Accra. For other areas, delivery fees are calculated
based on distance and item weight. You'll see the delivery cost at checkout.
Accra & Tema: 1-2 business days Kumasi & Takoradi: 2-3 business days Other regions: 3-7 business days
You'll receive SMS/email updates as your order progresses.
If you have an account, log in and go to "My Orders" to track your order status
in real-time. You'll also receive email notifications when your order status changes.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Mobile Money
(MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money). Pay when your order arrives or
transfer via MoMo after placing your order.
Absolutely! With cash on delivery, you only pay when you receive and inspect
your items. For mobile money, you transfer directly to our verified business
account with transaction confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in
original packaging. Defective items can be returned within 14 days. Contact
us to initiate a return.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
We'll guide you through the process. For Accra customers, we can arrange pickup.
Other regions may need to ship items back to us.
We're sorry if this happens! Please inspect your package upon delivery.
If items are damaged, refuse delivery or contact us immediately with photos.
We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Yes, 100%! We source directly from authorized distributors and verified
manufacturers. All products come with original packaging and manufacturer
warranty where applicable.
Many products come with manufacturer warranty. The warranty period varies
by product and brand - check the product description or ask us. We also
stand behind everything we sell with our own quality guarantee.
Currently, we don't offer installation services directly. However, we can
recommend trusted plumbers in Accra and Kumasi. Most of our products come
with detailed installation guides suitable for professional plumbers.
